A part of our job is to do our best to understand how the business works and what roles other individuals play in the organization. If we understand the “why” behind requests, we’re able to create effective and impactful designs.

EFFICIENT COMMUNICATION

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

 

In order to be the best team in the NFL, we need to constantly push ourselves to learn about new techniques, applications, trending styles, etc. By focusing on our personal and team professional development, we can establish ourselves as trailblazers in the NFL.

WEEKLY BRANDING IRON MEETINGS

  • We have weekly meetings to cover our workload

  • Opportunity to ask questions, brainstorm, etc.

  • Designated person to do a kickoff

  • Chat and catch up!

WEEKLY DESIGN CHECK-INS

  • With other designers/creatives in other departments

  • Time to discuss projects that affect all departments

  • Brainstorm on larger projects

MONTHLY CHECK-INS

  • Individual monthly check-ins with Creative Services Manager

  • Discuss goals, progress, challenges, opportunities, etc.

CREATIVE HUDDLE MEETINGS (QUARTERLY)

  • Meeting with members from all departments including department heads and non-designer roles

  • Brainstorm on larger campaigns

  • Communicate the workload of each department

OFFSITE MEETINGS (QUARTERLY)

  • Branding Iron team meets offsite for a full day to brainstorm on upcoming projects

  • Team bonding

DISTRIBUTED LEADERSHIP

  • Opportunities each designer will get to manage high-level projects

ORGANIZATION OPPORTUNITIES

  • Conferences, online tutorials and classes that we can submit during budget season
